Desde a segunda quinzena de março, os alunos da Liga Acadêmica de Cirurgia Pediátrica começaram suas atividades em hospitais que possuem a especialidade. Grupos de alunos estiveram no Hospital Federal Cardoso Fontes, em Jacarepaguá, acompanhando o trabalho dos Drs. Marco Daiha e Vinicius Pinto, e no Hospital Estadual Adão Pereira Nunes, em Duque de Caxias, vendo a rotina de cirurgias e atendimentos da Dra. Ana Teresa Oliveira e sua equipe.
Os estudantes de Medicina foram divididos em grupos que acompanharão a rotina dos hospitais Estadual Adão Pereira Nunes, Federal Cardoso Fontes, Federal da Lagoa e Municipal Souza Aguiar. Ao longo do ano, eles continuarão fazendo visitas e preparando material mostrando relatos de casos que serão apresentados na III Jornada Carioca de Cirurgia Pediátrica, em novembro.
